h786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity; provision of false identity information; at the request of the account holder; or where continued operation of the account would be contrary to h786's legal or compliance obligations.
Where an account is closed due to the user's breach of these Terms, h786 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold winnings derived from prohibited conduct pending investigation. Verified real-money deposits will be returned net of any amounts owed to h786.
